The developers describe how their game uses AI generated content like this:

Gravemaw's music was generated with Suno AI and its sound effects with Stable Audio Open, then edited by hand — trimmed, loop-pointed and mixed — before being placed in the game. Some store and marketing artwork was also produced with AI assistance. Every generated asset was reviewed by the developer before shipping. Nothing is generated while you play: the game runs fully offline and all content is baked into the build.

Required on Steam store pages since 2024. It covers content that ships in the game, on its store page or in its marketing — Valve does not require a disclosure for AI tools used during development, so this says nothing either way about how the game was made. Check it on Steam.
