DEMO UPDATE — PATCH NOTES

Hello everyone!

With the full game launching tomorrow, September 29th, 2026, we took the opportunity to make another round of adjustments, balance improvements, quality-of-life changes, and bug fixes based on your feedback.

  • Enemy Balance: We made balance adjustments to several enemies to make combat more consistent.
  • Desperation Move: The Desperation Move proved to be too powerful when consuming only one bar of mana, allowing players to escape difficult situations with very little downside. Because of this, it now consumes all of the player’s remaining mana, making its use a more strategic decision.
  • Arthur’s Dodge Cancel Window: We adjusted Arthur’s dodge cancel window to be more permissive.
  • S Rank: The requirements for achieving an S Rank in the stages have been adjusted.
  • Screen Shake: Various environmental objects and collectible items now react to screen shake, adding more impact and visual feedback to actions during gameplay. Additionally, there are now more moments throughout the game where the player’s controller will vibrate.
  • Game Name: We removed the “&” character from the game’s executable name and related directories. On some systems configured for certain languages, this character was not recognized correctly, which could prevent the game from launching.
  • Tutorial and Game Manual: We updated the tutorial and game manual to reflect the changes made and added some additional information.
  • Several minor reported bugs have also been fixed.

A

ttention: Due to the change in the game's path caused by the “&” character, it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall the entire game on machines affected by this issue.

We want to thank everyone who played the DEMO and took the time to send us feedback.

Your feedback helped us identify areas that needed adjustments and directly contributed to improving the game experience.

And even with the full game launching tomorrow, September 29th, 2026, our work doesn’t end here. We’ll continue collecting feedback from the community after launch and will work on future updates to keep improving the game.

Thank you for being part of this journey since the DEMO.

See you tomorrow.
