Hire out the work
At first you do everything. It doesn't scale.
Staff can cashier, stock, clean, and manage inventory.
Solo or co-op up to 4 players
Split the floor with friends, or run all four stores yourself.
Buy the lot
Once you have a smooth operation with enough cash rolling in, purchase the lot and stop paying rent.
