- Full nudity and explicit depictions of consensual sexual acts (player may choose to censor all nudity and fade to black sexual acts from the settings menu) - Some sexual scenes include consensual BDSM and bondage elements, including your partner being handcuffed to a wall, being in a pillory, or referring to the player as "master." - Some sexual scenes include what appears like blood coming from a vampire-looking character's mouth, which can be disabled during the scene (this is the remnants from consuming a fictional drug) - Some sexual scenes involve being under the influence of drugs or alcohol - Some sexual scenes include explicit degrading dirty talk between your partners, but not from the player towards them (voices can be disabled by the player during sexual scenes) - One sexual scene involves degrading remarks towards the player character, such as calling him a "worthless dog." (voices can be disabled by the player during sexual scenes) - Some sexual and non-sexual scenes involve the player being referred to as "dog," "plaything," "pup," "good boy," etc. The non-sexual scenes involving this can be skipped or the voices muted but the player would miss story information. - Non-sexual depictions of implied torture (aftermath is seen but not the act itself) - Graphic depictions of suicide - Graphic violence and gore including medical experimentation and surgery - Use of illicit fictional drugs - Tobacco use and alcohol useThe developer's note on the content, from Steam

About this game

The developer's description, from the game's Steam store page.

WELCOME TO LIBERTINE

Libertine: King of Hearts is an immersive sim/dating sim following the story of Richard as he accidentally gets pulled into a gang war between Libertine's rival gangs. After a job gone wrong, Richard finds himself fighting for his life while scrambling to find the secret hidden beneath the city.

YOUR MIND IS YOUR WEAPON

Sneak, shoot and combine various gadgets to engage with your enemies. Use physics objects in each level to trip, knock out or distract your opponents. Throw your spy cam to tag enemies, destroy lights to make it easier to sneak, or build yourself cover with your environment.

BE THE KING OF HEARTS

Try your luck romancing 5 different characters each with their own unique questline intertwined with the main quest. Some just want to have fun, but others are trying to come to terms with their dark past. Each character has explicit romance scenes for the player to discover, but if you’d rather play the game without the adult content, all adult scenes can be set to fade to black and all nudity can be censored.
