Everything is about to be Rediscovered, Captains, and you’ll get rewards for participating. From 9/22 at 8am PT to 10/22 at 12pm PT on PC, the Undiscovered Event will be live, allowing you to participate and unlock the brand new Neo Cryonic Torpedo and Neo Cryonic Omni Array. These two new weapons were designed by the Federation to combat the Gorn threats faced in 2409, and have been brought out of storage to aid you now. Read on for more details on how to participate and unlock the weapons.
Event Participation
The Rediscovered Event will require 60 points, or 20 Daily Progress. You can gain progress by participating in the following content:
- NEW City at the Edge of Never (Episode) – 3 Points
- The Kuvah’Magh (Episode) – 3 Points
- NEW TFO: Know Thy Enemy - 3 Points
- Deep Space Encounters – 1 Point
Three points equates to one Daily Progress, so you can play either the episode or the TFO to get it all done at once, or do three DSEs instead. You can only achieve one Daily Progress – which counts across your entire account – per day. That means you’ll complete the event once you’ve gotten the full Daily Progress for 20 Days.
Rewards
Once you’ve completed 20 Daily Progress, you’ll receive:
- The Anti-Gorn Weapons Pack
- 25,000 Dilithium Ore
- Featured TFO Reward x3 – Choose between an Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade or a Specialization Point
After claiming the Grand Prize, you will unlock the option of earning additional Dilithium Ore each day that you continue participating in the content associated with Rediscovered. Each day you earn the Daily Progress you will be automatically granted a bundle of Dilithium Ore.
This bonus reward will begin at 8,000 Dilithium Ore for the first day’s completion, then scales up with each subsequent bonus completion that you achieve. The more you play, the more you continue to earn!
Anti-Gorn Weapons Pack
The Gorn are a mysterious race, and thanks to their special hibernation cycle, they’ve threatened the galaxy rarely enough that tactics and technology that are effective against them are not extensively studied. Now that they are part of the Klingon Empire, the Gorn have been seen more frequently out in the universe, making the need to defend against them specifically a much less needed task. However, thanks to the Augmented Gorn seen in the B’vat crisis, the Federation did spend some time working on Anti-Gorn tech to stand against B’vat’s dangerous allies. These weapons are now available for use amongst the members of the Khitomer Alliance.

Neotype Cryonic Torpedo
Developed to combat the Gorn, these torpedo launchers fire projectiles that deal heavy Cold Damage. Neotype Cryonic projectiles are slow to reload, and can be targeted and destroyed by foes, but deal massive damage, and can disable the target. Each shot fired increases a stack of Neotype Cryonic Rift. Upon reaching 8 stacks, create a localized subspace tear at the target, dealing Cold damage to them, slowing them down, and increases their damage taken.

Neotype Cryonic Omni Array
The Neotype Omni-Directional Cryonic Beam Array offers a 360-degree firing arc, in addition to being able to utilize the standard functions of Beam Array weapons.
Beam Arrays are the most common and versatile weapons available. They fire a series of average damage beams across a wide arc. This Neotype Omni-Directional Cryonic Beam Array offers strong Cold Damage and increases a stack of Neotype Cryonic Rift. Upon reaching 20 stacks, it creates a localized subspace tear at the target, dealing Cold damage to them, slowing them down, and increasing their damage taken.

Zen Buyout Option
For players interested in instantly completing the Undiscovered Special Event – whether that is due to worries over finding the play time to complete it, or simply wanting to move immediately into earning Bonus Rewards – we will be offering a method for buying out this event.
Within the Event UI, an option will be presented that allows you to purchase the remaining progress you need, for a scaling amount of Zen. The base price for this service will be 6000 Zen, but every single Daily Progress you earn will reduce that price on a percentage basis. Thus, if you have already earned 5 Daily Progress (a fourth of the 20 required), this price will be reduced to 4500 Zen. The more you play, the cheaper the Buyout Option becomes, dynamically!

Episode Rewards
In addition to this Event, you’ll receive rewards when you play the episode City on the Edge of Never! These rewards are part of B’vat’s personal armory, lifted from him during a courageous joint operation between Starfleet and Klingon Intelligence. Once the power of these weapons was understood, they were immediately put into production for the use of Captains like you.
B’vat’s Temporal Armory Space Weapons Set
This set includes:
- Space Temporal Disruptor Beam Array
- Space Temporal Disruptor Deal Beam Bank
- Space Temporal Disruptor Cannons
- Space Temporal Disruptor Dual Cannons
- Space Temporal Disruptor Dual Heavy Cannons
- Space Temporal Disruptor Turret
Aux Scaling
The Space Temporal Disruptor Weapons Set scales with Auxiliary Subsystem Power rather than the usual Weapons Subsystem Power. This means its damage is affected by your Aux power levels and firing them substract energy from your Auxiliary Subsystem.
Entropy
Each one of these weapons has a 10% chance of adding +1 Entropy to targets per firing cycle for 60 Seconds.
DoT: Temporal Incision
Targets hit by any weapon of this set will suffer from Physical Damage Over Time, that will tick once per second, for 5 seconds. Damage scales with the amount of entropy the target has (max 5 entropy stacks).

Can be cleansed by Science Bridge Officer Ability - Hazard Emitters.
