Hotfix 0.25.12 — Unit Unlocks, Controls & Bridge Routing
Your first reports are turning into fixes
Thank you to everyone who has been playing Teryon Crisis and sending feedback. Windows hotfix 0.25.12 focuses on the issues that get in the way of commanding your army: unit selection, bridge approaches, production unlocks and the interface.
Build what you have unlocked
- Locked units are hidden from production until their campaign, research and required friendly-building conditions are met. This includes the five specialist vehicles.
- Production choices refresh when research finishes or required facilities are built or lost. Unlocked units remain visible if you are only short on credits or the production queue is full.
- Research opens with Available now. Switch to Full tech tree whenever you want to plan later unlocks.
More reliable battlefield controls
- Improved drag selection and recovery after switching away from the game and returning. A click that starts on the HUD no longer turns into a battlefield selection.
- Double-click a unit to select units of the same type on screen; hold Shift to add them to your selection.
- Added optional mouse-edge camera scrolling in Settings, with safeguards during selection drags and interface overlays.
- Fixed pause controls being blocked by the pause overlay.
Bridge approaches and local support
- Improved route checks around bridge entrances and narrow terrain boundaries, addressing cases where vehicles needed manual backing up to find the crossing.
- Nearby idle armed ground units respond to visible local threats. Hold and explicit player orders remain respected.
- Artillery can make a short repositioning move when nearby vehicles obstruct its firing position.
Cleaner loading and saving
- The loading screen now keeps battlefield panels hidden and inactive until loading finishes.
- Manual saves appear immediately in the saved-game list. Save, quit and resume were checked in the packaged Windows build.
To get the update: close the game and let Steam finish updating before launching again. If the update has not appeared, restart Steam.
