Lugano Bay Tycoon arrives October 5

Lugano Bay Tycoon is coming to Steam Early Access on October 5

Lugano Bay Tycoon started as a small personal project built around a simple idea:

what if you could start with a small boat rental business on the shores of Lugano and try to grow it step by step?

That idea slowly became a real game.

In Lugano Bay Tycoon, you start with limited resources and build your business over time, managing your fleet, customers, expenses and the everyday challenges of running your own activity on the lake.

A small project, built step by step

I’m not a professional game developer or graphic designer.

I started this project because I wanted to create something of my own, learn along the way and see how far I could take it.

What began as a simple idea gradually became a much bigger project than I originally expected.

During development, the game has changed a lot. I’ve worked on the gameplay, the visuals, the management systems and many small details to make the experience more enjoyable.

There is still work to do — and that is exactly why Lugano Bay Tycoon will launch in Early Access.

What can you do in Lugano Bay Tycoon?

  • Start and manage your own boat rental business
  • Buy new boats and expand your fleet
  • Manage operating costs and maintenance
  • Deal with changing demand and weather conditions
  • Keep your customers satisfied
  • Build your reputation over time
  • Make decisions that affect your daily income and long-term growth

The idea is simple:start small, make the right decisions, and slowly build something bigger.

Why Early Access?

October 5 is not the end of development.

For me, it is actually the beginning of the next phase.

Early Access will give me the opportunity to see how real players interact with the game and understand what works, what needs improvement and what could make the experience more interesting.

I’ll continue working on balancing, usability, bugs, gameplay improvements and new ideas along the way.

If you play the game and find a problem, have an idea or simply want to tell me what you think, your feedback will be genuinely useful.

A personal milestone

Building Lugano Bay Tycoon has been a process of learning, experimenting, making mistakes, changing things and trying again.

Seeing the game finally reach Steam is already an important milestone for me.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the project, tested the game, shared feedback or simply followed its development.

See you on October 5
