Hotfix: Buff Display, Link & CC Visuals, Garrison Tab Keeps Its Wave

- Buffs: Skill buffs now show a duration ring and a larger timer. New buff bar (top-right in the field, bottom panel in Raid/Arena) with icons, time left, and tooltips. - Combat text: Stun, Fear, Root, Slow, and Attack Slow now appear beside the target, away from damage numbers. Immune is now shown. Link multipliers include Frontier bonuses and are easier to read. - Garrison: Switching to a garrisoned party's tab keeps its current wave. Bosses you defeat while commanding drop Boss Crystals and loot as usual. - Raid/Arena: The bottom panel shows the actual 3-member team with HP and cooldowns. Raid boss HP bar is larger. Potions can't be used while watching. Arena Exit button moved to the top-right.
