v0.1.6 Update: Mic Mute Button & New Hazards in Walk the Girder

v0.1.6 is out.

[What's New] - Toggle your mic mute with LB + RB (pressed together) on a gamepad, or V on the keyboard. Heckles have been removed. - Walk the Girder now has a swinging iron ball and a chainsaw that slides back and forth. - You can now pick your own games offline too, with "Contestant (we pick games)". - Private rooms can now be set so that everyone wears a mask. - The first game of an online match is now different each time. - In Grandmother's Footsteps, you can now move freely until you cross the start line.

- You can't play in the same room as players on v0.1.5 or earlier. Please make sure everyone updates to v0.1.6.
