Hotfix: game stuck on "Preparing graphics" fixed

• Fixed the game not getting past "Preparing graphics for this PC" on PCs that run it on built-in graphics (AMD Radeon/Vega or Intel).
• On laptops with two graphics chips, the game now uses the stronger graphics card by default, unless you have chosen otherwise in Windows settings.
• The "Preparing graphics" screen now always returns to the menu, even if something goes wrong while it runs.
