Locker & Skin Workshop

• New Empty slot button in the Locker: clears a skin from a slot (with a confirmation). Emptying a slot removes both its head and body (the whole skin).
• Your own freshly published skins now show up in the Skin Workshop right away (no waiting for Steam to index them).
• Fixed the Publish button sometimes not opening the publish panel, and the Add button being stuck when you already owned a skin (it now reads "Equip").

Fixes

• When you open the color picker, the cursor now starts centered on the wheel, and it no longer stutters or flashes on screen.
• Skin thumbnails: the background no longer shows a wrong (grey/black) material instead of your backdrop.
