1.0.7.0: Folder Fix, Start & ToDo

- Fixed an issue where double-clicking an already open folder made its window disappear and prevented it from reopening.

- Improved startup stability by loading desktop and Dock icons and file information in the background, reducing concentrated waits during startup.

- For some users who see “Access denied” when enabling launch at sign-in, added an elevation retry and a per-user fallback.

- After selecting a file, click its name again to rename it.

- The ToDo widget now offers four priority levels and multiline viewing and editing, and no longer has the previous 200-item limit.

- Added a confirmation prompt before removing a ToDo or Sticky Note widget.

- Adjusted GPU, network, and disk statistics in System Monitor, with small display changes to Sticky Note and Storage.
