The Playtest is over — Gradanix launches on Steam on 9 September

Thank you to everyone who played the free Playtest. It is closed now so the last week can go into launch.

Gradanix releases on Steam on Wednesday 9 September 2026. Wishlist it and Steam will tell you the moment it is live.

Everyone starts together: the leaderboards have been wiped and Season 1 — First Descent begins fresh on release day. Playtest progress and achievements never carried over to the full game, so nobody arrives with a head start.

Seasons last three months. A new season resets the leaderboards and clears the legendaries and items you are carrying — your character level, talents, titles, achievements, bank and house are yours forever.

See you on the 9th.
