9.23 Display Scaling, Menus & Toy Ball Fixes

Display Scaling & Menus • Fixed mismatches between cursor hit detection and interface positions under certain Windows display scaling settings. • Improved synchronization of the window and interactive areas when display scaling changes while the game is running. • Fixed an issue where clicking a menu tab could unexpectedly close the menu or fail to register.

Toy Ball Interactions • Fixed an issue where a ball could continuously drift upward after being released inside a desktop icon. • The icon avoidance setting now also applies to all toy balls, including newly equipped balls and balls spawned by the launcher. • Improved input handling during quick drags and throws, addressing occasional duplicate grabs, incorrect positioning, and balls remaining in a dragging state after release.
