Ultimate Racing Simulator 1 v1.0 — Out of Early Access!

Ultimate Racing Simulator 1 v1.0 is now live, and the game has officially left Early Access.

Take charge of a racing team, build its future and make the calls that decide its weekends. This full PC release brings together URS1’s career, management and race-weekend systems.

Build your team. Shape your championship.

  • Run a persistent multi-season career: recruit drivers and staff, develop your car, invest in facilities and manage contracts, suppliers, sponsors and finances.
  • Work through practice, qualifying and races. Follow live sessions in 2D or 3D, or simulate sessions and the remaining weekend.
  • Manage both cars from the pit wall, making decisions about pace, tyres, pit strategy, fuel where applicable, damage repairs and changing weather.
  • Navigate changing regulations and engine-manufacturer commitments, conversions and withdrawals as your career develops.
  • Follow timing, sectors, car condition, race-control events, results and recorded replays, with contextual Help available throughout.

Recent improvements included in v1.0

The improvements introduced in v0.9.9b carry forward into the full release:

  • An optional first-weekend guide helps with car checks, setup, practice, qualifying, race decisions and reviewing your result.
  • Engineering debriefs explain recorded factors affecting each player car, what worked and what to consider next.
  • Clearer explanations help you understand pace, tyre wear and actual changes to your finances.
  • Persistent rival condition and paid maintenance carry mechanical wear and damage between weekend sessions.
  • Paused weather decisions preserve their remaining countdown while you explicitly pause to think.
  • Pit-entry and race-award fixes address blocked entrance queues and incorrect wins or podium rewards for retired or disqualified cars.

Final refinements for v1.0

  • More useful weekly advice. Mechanical reliability concerns point toward checking and servicing car components and progressing reliability development. Driver rest remains the recommendation for tired drivers, with separate advice when both need attention.
  • Accurate PR benefits. Activity descriptions, recommendations and results reflect the improvements still available. When the seasonal improvement limit is reached, or applicable benefits are already at their maximum, PR still earns its existing cash payment and clearly explains that outcome.

For existing players

UI 2.0 and Classic remain available, with mouse, keyboard and controller support. The current save format is unchanged, and existing careers are not automatically enrolled in the first-weekend guide.

Thank you to everyone who supported Ultimate Racing Simulator 1 during Early Access. Enjoy building your team and taking it through the championship!
