URS1 is updated to v1.0, with final improvements to weekly planning advice and clearer reporting of PR benefits.

Mechanical reliability concerns now point players toward component checks, repairs, replacements and reliability development.

Rest Drivers remains the recommendation for tired drivers. When driver fatigue and car reliability both need attention, the advice explains each separately.

PR descriptions and completion messages now accurately identify available improvements to sponsor satisfaction, trust and campaign confidence.

When the seasonal PR improvement limit is reached, or all applicable benefits are already at their maximum, the game clearly explains that PR earns cash only.

Weekly commercial advice no longer recommends PR to increase campaign confidence when that benefit is unavailable.

The game version and main-menu branding now identify URS1 as v1.0.

PR payments, benefit amounts and seasonal limits remain unchanged. The existing save format is retained, and both UI 2.0 and Classic remain available.
