Update 0.3.4 — Museum & Forgotten Machinery Waters
Update 0.3.4 opens the Forgotten Machinery Waters and introduces a permanent Museum, three expanded character stories, new myth fish, and a major atmosphere and performance update.
FORGOTTEN MACHINERY WATERS
Explore six new industrial fishing locations:
• Reservoir No. 13
• Old Tarworks Lake
• Steambridge River
• Lock Harbor No. 7
• Foundry Yard Backwater
• Thermal Plant Outflow Channel
Each water has its own fish, casting points, weather, ambient sounds, animated machinery, smoke, drifting leaves, thematic salvage, and day and night atmosphere.
A PERMANENT MUSEUM
Recover 31 unique exhibits across three collections:
• Coins of Forgotten Waters
• Seven Witnesses
• Shadow Cargo
Museum finds can appear while fishing at their related waters. Every exhibit can be collected once, and empty display spaces show what remains to be discovered.
Across all three collections, the Museum awards 1,050 gold, 210,000 silver, 210,000 experience, and 300 skill points. Complete the entire Museum to receive the Museum Keeper’s Medallion.
21 NEW CHARACTER QUESTS
Yarema, Severyn “Fox” Lado, and Kylyna “Ironbound” Hrab each receive seven connected quests.
Follow their stories across the new waters, complete bait and time challenges, catch and release selected fish, and hunt three new myth fish.
Character greetings are voiced in Ukrainian when playing in Ukrainian and in English for all other supported languages.
FISHING AND ATMOSPHERE
• Improved water animation across the new locations.
• Added thematic salvage among regular catches.
• Added animated smoke, machinery, leaves, and atmospheric details.
• Improved myth fish accessibility during the Golden Autumn objective.
• Optimized weather transitions and heavy rain for smoother performance.
• Polished the Museum, quest interface, dark-theme contrast, localization, and numerous visual details.
