v1.0.8: Discards called out loud, fairer calling and Game Night fixes

What's new in v1.0.8

  • New: Call my discards for me. The game says your discards out loud for the table, and bots call theirs too. Turn it off to call them yourself, and pick the voices in Settings > Audio.
  • A call now holds the table. Nobody can draw a tile someone is calling, and after each discard the next player waits a moment so everyone has time to call.
  • If someone can call ahead of you, they get the full Call time to call first or pass, and you can see who you're waiting on.
  • A soft chime when it's your turn, or when you can call ahead of someone. You can turn it off in Settings.
  • Anyone at the table can ask for an Undo, and it goes through when 3 players agree.
  • Charleston: one No ends the second Charleston right away, you can change your courtesy count until the tiles move, and courtesy tiles wait in the middle like every other pass.
  • Rematch no longer pulls everyone back to the lobby. Say you're in, look around the table, and the rematch starts when the host starts it or after 90 seconds.
  • Pick your Mahjong victory sound in Settings > Audio: Fanfare, Sirens, Gong, Bells or Air horn. The table plays the winner's sound on a real Mahjong.
  • Declaring Mahjong lets you lay out your hand first. Take it back before you show it and there's no penalty. Show a hand that isn't Mahjong and it's dead, with the bell of shame.
  • Going for... picks the helper's line for you if you haven't chosen in 5 seconds.
  • New tiles can wait on screen until you place them in your rack. It's on for the Charleston, and you can change it in Settings > Gameplay.
  • New Charleston helper: it suggests which tiles to pass and why. Turn it on in Table settings, next to the Card Helper.
  • Rest your pointer on another player's rack to see everything they've exposed, with jokers marked.
  • Squish (S) packs your rack tight to the left.
  • Everyone's tile groups now show on every screen.
  • Turn the table without a middle mouse button: right-drag, Alt and drag, a touchpad swipe or the arrow keys. Camera look speed is calmer, with a slider in Settings > Controls.
  • Fixed: a stuck tooltip on the card, the roll banner naming the wrong player, the pinned line losing its count, and the discard card sliding off the right edge. Frame limit now goes up to 240.
  • Online tables need everyone on v1.0.8.
