v1.0.6: Build your card with AI, steadier editing and calls

What's new in v1.0.6

• Building a card with AI? Exports now teach the format, Copy AI instructions hands your AI a ready guide, and Import lists every fix it needs.
• Editing a hand in the Card Builder keeps all of its settings, including number limits like evens only.
• A call you can still make now waits while the Undo question is on screen, so it can't run out while you decide.
