Update v0.2.44 — Crucible Architecture & Jewelry Refinement Reconciliation
Crucible Architecture & Jewelry Refinement Reconciliation
Summary: Resolved an issue where equipped jewelry could fail Crucible refinement due to unmapped equipment requirements and client-server target desynchronization. Restructured the Crucible engine into a modular routing subsystem with server-authoritative self-healing target reconciliation, pre-banking Grave Steel synchronization, optimistic rollback protections, and full Tier 7 jewelry progression support.
The Eldritch Crucible
- Mapped all 14 jewelry pieces (Rustborn through Sovereign rings and pendants across Tiers 1 through 7) into server-authoritative requirement registries with appropriate Obsidian Ward level requirements.
- Implemented server-authoritative self-healing target reconciliation in refinement and tier-shift routines to automatically recover desynchronized slot targets.
- Configured automatic pre-banking checks on Crucible targeting to ensure harvested Grave Steel from active combat is committed prior to forge deductions.
- Added optimistic client rollback and warning notifications if target binding encounters network or transactional failure.
- Expanded Tier-Shift progression cost matrices and weapon/armor archetype checks to support Tier 6 into Tier 7 transitions.
Server Engine & Performance
- Extracted all Crucible endpoints and utility functions from the monolithic router into a dedicated, modular routing subsystem.
- Hardened automated test suites with load-resilient asynchronous assertion windows to preserve server stability under continuous combat load.
