Added
- A process list, under Tools → Processes. A live view of what is running on the machine — PID, name, owning account, CPU share and memory — with the two things a file manager is actually placed to do about it: end a process (X, behind a confirm) and open the folder its executable came from (A, which closes the list and selects the file). Sortable by CPU, memory, name or PID with LB / RB, and it refreshes about every two seconds. - It lists your own processes by default — very nearly the same set as the ones you can actually end — with Y revealing every user's. DeckCrate never asks for elevation, so a process belonging to another user, or one the system protects, reports the refusal rather than pretending to try. - The CPU figure is a share of one core, matching `top` and Activity Monitor: a process saturating four cores reads as 400%. It is blank for the first second or so, because a percentage needs two readings to exist. - Where the OS declines to disclose a figure — memory and CPU for SYSTEM and protected processes on Windows, executable paths for other users' processes on macOS and Linux — the column shows an em dash rather than a zero. - The highlight follows the process, not the row position, so the constant reordering of a CPU-sorted list can't move the cursor onto a different process between picking one and confirming.
Changed
- The Tools submenu now ends with the git actions, and reads: Open terminal here, Processes, Disk usage, then Git pull / Git push. Because the git pair is the only conditional entry, putting it last means every other tool keeps the same position whether or not the folder happens to be a git repository — previously they shifted up by two rows on the way out of one.
