Station Upgrades Fixed
Buying station upgrades in the Outfitter now works on the first press.
- Upgrades apply instantly. Pressing A on a bay's UPGRADE now shows the new tier right away. Before, the card stayed on the old tier and more presses did nothing.
- Tier III branches work. Both branch choices show up as soon as a bay reaches Tier II, and buy on the first press.
- No more dead button. Focus moves to the next bay you can upgrade once one is maxed.
