Downgraded Steamworks SDK from v1.65 to v1.64 (Linux Only)

In the previous update, we updated Steamworks SDK to the latest version, v1.65.

After installing that update, some sound effects stopped playing for some users on Linux.

We have not yet confirmed that the Steamworks SDK update is the cause. To help isolate and investigate the issue, we have downgraded Steamworks SDK to v1.64 for the Linux version only.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue investigating the cause.
