Update v1.0.5 - Small Quality of Life Update – New Shelf Labels

Small Quality of Life Update – New Shelf Labels

A small visual update has been added to make navigating the cellar easier without removing the identification puzzle.

New Shelf Labels

Each bottle family now has a label on its corresponding shelf displaying the original name of that family.

The names remain in their original language:

  • French bottles use their French names.
  • Italian bottles use their Italian names.
  • Spanish and Argentinian bottles use their Spanish names.

This means the shelf labels will not use the translated name shown in your selected game language.

To correctly identify a bottle, inspect it with TAB. The inspection view shows the bottle’s original name, which you can then compare directly with the shelf labels to find the correct row.

The country flags will still help you locate the correct section of the cellar, while the new labels make finding individual families much easier.

The goal of this update is to reduce unnecessary searching while keeping observation and bottle identification as part of the sorting puzzle.

Thank you for playing Château Pluie and for all your feedback!
