Update – Contract renegotiation & fixes

Contracts

• Bands may now demand a pay rise instead of a bigger share of the revenue. Which one they ask for depends on how they earn — a band that plays live a lot thinks in salary, a band living off streaming wants a bigger cut. Never both at once, and you can still counteroffer
• Fixed renegotiation stopping permanently for some bands: their fame requirement could rise past the maximum fame a band can reach, after which they could never renegotiate again

General

• Your career now starts in January 2026
• The text cursor is now visible when naming your manager or a band
