Your next run starts before the first bullet flies. Update 1.1.7 overhauls DEFLECT’s menus with clearer loadout management, more readable screens, and smoother controller navigation.
- Arsenal overhaul: Reapers, permanent upgrades, Cosmetics, and Ascendancy now share a consistent layout with dedicated catalogs, live inspection, clearer unlock requirements, and controller-friendly actions.
- Clearer menus throughout: Codex, Feats, Highscores, global Leaderboards, Patch Notes, Options, and How To Play have been updated for easier navigation and better readability—even from the couch.
- Improved deployment screen: Each mode’s color now carries through its mission brief and launch button. Mode numbers, local bests, and a full-width run modifier panel make it easier to see exactly what you’re dropping into.
- Better cosmetic visibility: Trails and Palettes now track unlocks separately, custom colors preview live, and darker color combinations gain a subtle visibility edge to keep your Reaper, guard, and returned shots readable.
- Updated story presentation: The About cinematic now includes subtle chapter, runtime, and progress indicators that fade away with the controls.
- Fixed patch numbering: Transmissions now count forward from the oldest release, keeping Transmission 01 at the beginning and the newest update at the top.
