Daily War 0.19.0 — Now on Google Play

✨ New

  • Daily War on Google Play — the Android build ships through the store, with the store page and these notes in all thirteen languages.
  • Talent descriptions in the sidebar — what a node does reads in the right column and stays there, instead of vanishing as you move away.
  • The buildable square is drawn cell by cell — pick up a tile and every free cell inside it is outlined, so you can see the room you have left.
  • Range rings show your other turrets too — the tile in hand draws its reach in blue, every same-type tile already down draws its own, and a mortar's dead zone is red.

🔄 Changes

  • Every panel is sized for a thumb on a phone — buttons, dialogs, settings, the shop and the reward ladder are all drawn larger.
  • Android's Back button steps back — it closes a card or leaves a screen, and asks before quitting from the main menu.
  • My battles and Today's results is now a picker — one full-width dropdown replaces the two half-width tabs above the review list.
  • The profile screen picks its section the same way — the six flag, title and theme tabs became one picker, giving every choice the whole column.
  • Graphics presets set everything they bundle — each tier writes every display option it covers, and a new phone install opens on Low.
  • A new account is created in your device's language — and a later sign-in restores the language you picked in Settings.

🔧 Fixes

  • A swipe through the card gallery no longer zooms a card — on touch a card acts when you lift your finger, not when you press.
  • Press and hold no longer places the tile it cancels — leaving placement mode on touch now leaves nothing behind.
  • The legend flyout fits the screen — it centres itself instead of hanging off its button, so no row runs off the bottom edge.

⚙️ Under the hood

  • Lighting and shadow work that costs less every frame, and a smaller download.
