Better controls / pre-mission guides / preparing for localization

Hey guys, added some better keyboard stuff. Now on level enter if will show you what the controls are, you can also opt in/out. You can now access sys ref on pre-misssion directive screen as well for quick reference. Also setting myself up for localization if that is ever needed/wanted. The piglatin is just a way for me to check on it working in game etc.
