Version 1.0.4
Hey folks!
This patch introduces several changes to the game and fixes a few bugs.
CHANGES - estimated GPU/CPU load is now based on a quick benchmark run by the game at startup, and is more representative of real, expected PC component load than the previous method - can now take plates out of plate & kevlar armor vests as an interaction option - the alert music volume now scales in volume depending on how close (or far) we are to the alert enemy, and cross-fades into a lower-intensity alert track when we are far enough - the "unload nearby weapons" action will no longer pick up grenades on the floor if we have no free gadget slots left
FIXES - fixed damaged kevlar on a plate & kevlar armor vest not having its health reset on save resets properly - fixed the wet footstep sound not ceasing to stop in certain cases, after walking over water puddles - fixed goons sometimes not running away from grenades when they should have - fixed a crash that occurred when loading into a savefile with the HSR-EMP or PKC-EMP held-in-hands (not inventorized) (the oldPrint crash)
Version 1.0.5
FIXES - fixed not being able to aim at a seated goon's head - fixed a crash that could occur when opening the options menu - removed a duplicate key bind indication that wasn't being updated with the actual keybind
Version 1.0.6
CHANGES - grenades will no longer collide with actors once they hit the ground - reverted the two-weapons-per-row UI change
FIXES - fixed the Load Bearing skill granting extra magazines without having to wear armor
Version 1.0.7
CHANGES - goons, when running away from grenades, now run away from the grenade even if they can't pathfind to a point to hide from the grenade - optimized blur effects, reducing GPU load, and making them more stable in the process - minor CPU-specific optimizations when LBAO is enabled
FIXES - fixed not being able to aim at seated goons - fixed a rare crash related to sound processing
So far, thanks to your reports since launch two days ago, we have fixed 37 bugs, which is not an amount of bugs I would have preferred to see on launch, but these things happen.
Thanks for reading, hope you're enjoying the game!
