Language menu & dark mode fixes

Hey artists!

This small patch fixes two issues:

Language menu: German, French, Spanish, and other locales no longer show as "Coming Soon" in Settings — they're selectable now. Home stock (dark mode): Inventory cards now use the correct dark background in dark mode; text is readable again. Your saves remain compatible. Enjoy!
