Desktop Stability and Language Update

This update focuses on a smoother and more reliable RefmusePaper desktop experience.

New

• Added Simplified Chinese and English switching across the main desktop experience and workbench.
• Added safer recovery for wallpaper playback and application restarts.
• Improved Steam session, account login, and purchase-state handling.

Improvements

• Improved switching between static and live wallpapers, including first-frame presentation and playback recovery.
• Improved live wallpaper pause and resume behavior around fullscreen applications.
• Improved Steam Cloud library initialization, index recovery, imports, renaming, and deletion consistency.
• Improved workbench loading, cache refresh, generated-media import, and error feedback.
• Improved startup behavior and auxiliary-window cleanup.

Fixes

• Fixed cases where switching wallpapers could briefly show a black or blank desktop.
• Fixed cases where an outdated live wallpaper process could continue running after the configuration changed.
• Fixed stale Steam purchase callbacks and uncertain order states after closing or reopening a payment window.
• Fixed several wallpaper library indexing and import recovery issues.

Live wallpaper generation remains under development and is not enabled in this release.
