Improvements

- reduced RAM/memory usage - allow add/remove Favorites for Workshop characters - faster Workshop list loading

- new Settings option: Always on Top or Always on Bottom - new Settings option: Click Through Character - when character is nearly right edge of screen, right clicking menu will show at character left side

Fixes

- fixed some Workshop characters not working correctly
