v1.0.4 Update Notes

Hello everyone,

Version 1.0.4 of The NOexistenceN of Lilith is now available. This update adds Steam item drops, the Wardrobe feature, the permanent chat feature Snack Time, and three new interface languages, along with a number of fixes. Details are as follows.

1. New: Item Drops

· Steam item drops are granted at intervals while the program is running. Drops consist of accessory and furniture items for Lilith (hats, glasses, bedding, sofas, etc.). A dialogue notification is shown when a drop arrives, and the item is stored in the Wardrobe with a "new" badge;

· The first drop, and drops of higher rarity, trigger a full presentation sequence with an option to open the Wardrobe;

· Added 7 Steam achievements related to Snack Time, dress-up, and drop collection.

2. New: Wardrobe

· Added a "Wardrobe" entry on the "Lilith" page of the tray settings;

· The Wardrobe contains six categories: Casual, Pajamas, Hat, Glasses, Bedding, and Sofa. Selecting an item applies it to Lilith's appearance; bedding is shown during sleep, and the sofa is used during Snack Time;

· Items can be filtered by rarity; display of unowned items can be toggled;

· Added an Exchange function: 10 items of the same rarity can be exchanged for 1 random item of the next rarity tier. Items of the highest rarity and crowdfunding reward items are excluded;

· Item drops and exchanges are based on the Steam Inventory service and require Steam to be online.

Addendum: How to open the wardrobe

1.Right‑click the game icon of The NOexistenceN of Lilith on the taskbar and select "Settings";

2.Select "Lilith → Wardrobe" in sequence, and you can open and use the wardrobe.

3. New: Snack Time

· Added a permanent chat menu entry, "It's snack time!". One new topic unlocks per day, out of 20 in total; completed topics are stored under "Our memory" and can be replayed;

· Lilith uses a sofa sitting pose during Snack Time dialogue; the sofa style can be changed in the Wardrobe;

· Topic dialogue is voiced; several dedicated expressions have been added.

4. New: Jot Something Down

· Added the "Jot something down" feature: Lilith can help you keep track of things with the Scratchpad, Reminders, and Memos — jot things down whenever they come to mind and organize them into to-dos;

· Reminders recognize dates and times in the text you enter, and Lilith will prompt you with a reminder bubble when the time comes; Memos support specific dates, recurring reminders, and countdowns.

5. New Languages and Other Changes

· Added three interface languages: Turkish, Indonesian, and Brazilian Portuguese; the Vietnamese translation has been fully revised; the credits have been updated accordingly;

· Adjustment: a cooldown has been added to self-initiated outfit changes (finger snap) to reduce their frequency over short periods.

6. Fixes

· Fixed the save file and its backup possibly being corrupted at the same time during a power loss or forced shutdown;

· Fixed the window rendering entirely white on some systems; the transparency effect now recovers automatically when lost;

· Fixed an invisible boundary in the middle of the screen blocking movement in vertically stacked multi-monitor layouts;

· Fixed the body briefly disappearing — leaving only the head visible — at the moment of waking from a nap;

· Fixed the character standing up and changing clothes before disappearing when the program is closed while lying down; the character now disappears in place;

· Fixed old and new language text being mixed when the interface language is switched quickly;

· Fixed lines missing a translation in some languages being displayed in Chinese; they now fall back to English;

· Fixed accessories not being displayed after an outfit change was interrupted;

· Fixed mood dialogue options not being recorded, preventing related follow-up dialogue from triggering;

· Fixed the volume warning triggering while the system is muted; the check now uses the actual output volume;

· Fixed clicks producing no feedback while the character is in deep sleep from exhaustion;

· Fixed dialogue options occasionally not responding to clicks;

· Fixed the standing hit area remaining active while the character is lying down;

· Fixed the dialogue bubble closing early when the voice volume is set to 0;

· Fixed no message being shown when redeeming a gift pack while offline; a no-connection notice is now displayed;

· Fixed a confirmation dialog appearing when the schedule bar is dragged during the birthday sequence;

· Fixed a falling sound effect playing incorrectly during the standing-to-sitting transition;

· Fixed the music player starting playback automatically after a restart while it had not been playing;

· Fixed the credits screen displaying oversized on first open in multi-monitor setups;

7. Update Notes

· This update does not affect existing save files; you can update directly.

Thank you for your support and feedback.
