Quick Stash Inventory QoL Implemented!

I finally figured it out! Wooo! My brain definitely got bruised up a bit but I finally got it to work! HOPEFULLY THERE ISN'T TOO MANY BUGS!

Added Item Quick Move while near the stash! Shift Click for Mouse and Keyboard or Double Tap A for Controller! (There might be bugs)
Added some Questlog Tracking for some specific quests.
Fixed some cost to more T3 Weapons.
