There is a major bug on completing the game and restarting. Once restarted, the game doesn't wipe the save file for found artifacts, making it impossible to obtain new Aphrodisiac Hearts on replay (and making you stuck on the first ecosystem...).
As a workaround, navigate to the save file location:
C:\\Users\\\\AppData\\LocalLow\\CreativeName_Exe\\Aphrodisiac 2
In the folder matching your save file, delete the Artifact.json file.
This will fix the problem, but will also respawn all jewels in the world. A proper patch is on its way.
