Compound Interest is now in Early Access!

Compound Interest is available today in Early Access on Steam.

This build includes a complete storyline, the first of five backgrounds planned for full release, plus a feature-complete core loop of territory control, crew management, and faction reputation. Expect about 4 to 6 hours of story, a final challenge to test everything you've learned, and endless free play after that.

We've also completely reworked the demo around a new, clearer tutorial. If you're not sure Compound Interest is for you, that will be the best way to find out.

Why Early Access?

Compound Interest is built on player choice, and we need your help making sure every playstyle is viable and exciting. Early Access lets us balance the core gameplay into its release-ready form.

What's next?

We plan to leave Early Access within six months. The full release will add four more backgrounds, each showing a different side of New Sterling and the post-Noise world, so Early Access players can come back to a completely new experience. We'll have updates in case our timeline changes for any reason. Note that the price may increase after Early Access.
