1.05 Update Arrived - 8-Player Lobbies & Order Toggles

Hotfix / Patch Notes

Hey chefs! This update brings bigger lobbies for the brave, more control over your orders, and a batch of fixes to make quests clearer and the game smoother. Here's what's changed:

New Features

  • Up to 8 Players: Hosts can now set the max player count up to 8 players instead of 4. Fair warning: the game isn't optimized for more than 4 players, so anything above that is strictly for chaos enthusiasts. You'll see a friendly reminder when you pick it. Don't say we didn't warn you!
  • Drink & Sauce Toggles: You can now turn off drink and sauce orders from the Recipe screens. Want to focus on pizza only? Now you can.

Quest Fixes & Clarity

  • Elon Tusk's Pepperoni Quest: Updated the quest text to make it crystal clear: you need to throw one piece of pepperoni, not the pepperoni pizza.
  • Bulk Order Van – Leo Caruso Items: When a bulk order requires items from Leo Caruso, the quest now shows a note under that task telling you these items must be bought from Leo Caruso's vendor.
  • Zack the Roach King – Nothing but Net: Fixed the side quest tracker text flickering, where "but" kept jumping between lines. It now stays put.

Gameplay & Bug Fixes

  • Red Phone Door Teleport: Fixed a bug where running back and forth through the door unlocked by the Red Phone upgrade could glitch players into the basement.

Audio

  • Music Volume Slider: The audio slider now also controls the music for Adrian's Secret live scene and the lobby radio.

UI & Quality of Life

  • Forgery Name Box: The typing caret is now orange instead of black, so you can easily see where you're typing on the dark field.
  • Typing Mini-Game: Made several UI improvements to the typing mini-game.
  • Photo Mode Keybind: Removed the unused Photo Mode option from the keybind settings.
