As FC 27 launches on PC, we’re closely monitoring both our internal data and the feedback you’re sharing with us.
We’re hearing your feedback around performance, stability, and PC-specific issues, and the team is actively looking into these areas. Some are already being addressed, while others remain under investigation as we continue to monitor launch.
What We’re Hearing From You
While the overall data is encouraging, we’ve heard from some of you about areas where the experience isn’t yet where we want it to be.
Stability and performance remain a key focus, and we’re reviewing reports of frame-rate drops, micro-stutters, and instability during certain cutscenes and stadium sequences, particularly around set pieces.
We’ve also heard reports from a smaller number of players in The Grounds around frame-rate drops, loading issues, and becoming stuck within the hub.
What We’re Working On
Stability
A number of crash fixes have already been included in Title Update v.1.0.1, and we’ll continue prioritizing the highest-frequency crashes and addressing them through upcoming updates.
Performance
We’re actively investigating reports of stuttering, input delay, and frame-rate instability across a range of PC hardware.
There are a few specific issues we’re currently looking to address, including performance degradation when Cloth Quality is set to Medium, as well as Frame Rate Limit settings not applying correctly after switching monitors.
Other performance issues remain under investigation, and we’ll share more as we validate potential fixes.
PC-Specific Quality Improvements
Several PC-specific quality improvements are currently targeted for a late October Update, including:
- Additional camera tuning when using mouse controls.
- A fix for mouse controls becoming unresponsive in “Be a Goalie” when the goalkeeper moves outside the box.
- A fix for persistent vibration affecting Xbox Elite Series controllers.
- A fix for flashing during the FUT match intro loading screen.
We’ll continue monitoring the data and listening to your feedback as more players spend time with FC 27 on PC. Keep sharing what you’re experiencing with us, and we’ll keep you updated as we work through these areas.
