HOT FIX v. 1.0.2 - The "Loyal Customer" quest can be cancelled

By popular demand, I've added the ability to decline Loyal Customer quests. You'll need to click the "Decline" button, and they'll disappear. The next customer will still appear randomly within 1-2 hours of gameplay, and they can also be declined ;)
