Online Matchmaking & Steam Remote Play Together!

Hello everyone,

We’ve just pushed a brand-new update to the Wizzo PopOut demo! This update focuses on giving you more ways to play with your friends, whether they own the demo or the full game, along with fresh visual overhauls for our screens and lobbies.

Here is a breakdown of what’s included in this build:

🌐 Online Matchmaking & Cross-Version Play

  • Cross-Play Between Demo & Full Version: Demo players and Full Version players can now queue up and play together seamlessly.
  • Online Matchmaking: Jump into online matches designed for fast, smooth combat on stable internet connections.

🎮 Steam Remote Play Together Want to play local multiplayer over the internet? Steam Remote Play Together is now fully supported!

  • Stream & Play: Friends can join your local match via Steam streaming without needing to install the full game setup on their end.
  • Flexible Play Options: While Online Matchmaking works best for high-speed connections, Steam Remote Play Together is a great alternative if you or your friends have lower bandwidth or higher latency.

✨ UI & Visual Overhaul We’ve given several key screens a massive visual upgrade to make match flow more rewarding and readable:

  • Redesigned Score & Win Screens: Clearer, visually engaging post-match screens that highlight round winners and stats.
  • Upgraded Lobby Interface: A fresh look for the lobby screen to improve player readiness visual cues, character selection, and overall navigation clarity.

🎮 How to Play The new update is live right now! If you already have the demo installed on Steam, your build will update automatically.

Try out the new matchmaking features with your friends, and let us know what you think! Please share your feedback or report any issues in the Steam Community Discussions. If you're having fun with the demo, don't forget to Wishlist Wizzo PopOut to stay updated on our upcoming full release!
