Thursday Update #09

The big changes are done!

All of the large features are finished! However, I have a little more to finish before I officially launch the "v0.7" update. The last month has been a rush, now it's just "extra content" and polishing that are left.

If I can find time to sneak in an extra feature or two, perhaps I will. I still want to keep a tight deadline for this launch though.

I also have to think of a couple new monster ideas to just spice it up a bit. If any of these ideas sound good, let me know:

  1. Jersey Devil.
  2. Flying Eyeballs (Similar to Terraria)
  3. Cryptids (Blemmyes and )
  4. Mini-demons.
  5. Monster vegetables/fruits?

Leave your suggestions here or tell me directly on Discord. I'd happily work on a couple new enemies to keep things interesting.

New Changes(Will be available in upcoming 0.7 update):

  1. Palette swap for aquarium/seasons.
  2. Sound effects for Hatman
  3. Cutscenes+story for Hatman
  4. Cutscenes+story for raid boss "Sonny"
  5. Sound effects + music for raids
  6. More advanced Aquarium layout.
  7. Some overall bug fixes. I need to do a lot more...
  8. Made HD Font work with CRT.
  9. Settings "You have unsaved changes" popup added. This is to combat a couple bugs that I think are actually unsaved settings.
  10. Player can get wet. (˶•̀ ᎑-˶)
  11. Being wet makes you not hot. (˶•̀ ᎑-˶)

What I'm working on now:

  1. Tying all the changes together. Making consequences.
  2. Finishing up all the new farm decor options.
  3. Finishing up new crafting recipes.
  4. Art for new items (Fertilizer, composters, "Flint and Steel", etc).
  5. More Fish
  6. Fix some custom auto-tiling bugs
  7. Polishing everything.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Things are coming close and I'll make sure to let you all know how things are progressing as time goes on!

Thank you guys!
