Fawe Update! v.32
This update introduces the Rare Merchant, Hunting Quests, Enchanting Table, equipment forging, major attack speed balancing, and several gameplay improvements.
New Features
Rare Merchant
- A mysterious merchant can now randomly appear around the city, exclusively on roads.
- He sells a random selection of rare items, usually at a high price.
- You may also find some valuable potions for sale.
- The merchant can disappear at any moment, so don't wait too long if you find something you want!
- After a few minutes, he will reappear at another random location.
Hunting Quests
- Hunting Quests can now be started at cave entrances.
- These quests provide additional experience and reward you with potions.
- Hunting Quests are repeatable, but only one can be active at a time.
Enchanting Table
- All 24 existing Enchantment Scrolls can now be crafted.
- The crafting system works similarly to the Alchemy Table.
- Blank Scrolls can be obtained from chests.
- An Enchanting Table has been added to the library.
- You can also purchase an Enchanting Table and place it inside your own house.
Forging
- Equipment can now be forged at the Anvil.
Alchemy
- Potions are now crafted automatically in sequence, similar to Cooking.
- Level 3 and 4 potions now grant 2 Crafting EXP.
- Level 5 and 6 potions now grant 3 Crafting EXP.
Balance Changes
Blacksmith Changes
- Except for Colored Stones, inserting the first gemstone can no longer break the equipment when upgrading from +0 to +1.
- To compensate for this change, upgrading from +2 to +3 is now slightly more difficult.
Attack Speed Rebalancing
Attack speed progression has been significantly reworked.
- Attack speed improvement per level has increased from 4 ms to 12 ms for the first 50 levels.
- After level 50, the attack speed improvement is reduced from 4 ms to 2 ms per additional level.
- Master Classes receive an additional 10% reduction to the interval between attacks.
Normal Class Examples
Attack Speed Progression: 12 ms per level up to level 50, then 2 ms per additional level.
