Packed Lair Launches Tomorrow - Plus Another Demo Update!

Mark your calendars: Packed Lair releases Tomorrow!

We're back with another round of fixes and polish ahead of launch. This update is smaller than our last, but it smooths out a lot of the little things you've flagged. Here's what's new.

SFX Changes for Some Units

Several units have updated sound effects for a more satisfying feel in combat and around the lair.

Rich Presence Fix

Fixed an issue affecting Rich Presence, so your status now displays correctly for friends on Steam.

Localization Fixes

Cleaned up a number of localization issues across supported languages.

Combat Performance Improvements

Optimized performance during the fight phase for smoother battles, especially when things get chaotic.

UI Fixes in Menus

Fixed several UI issues across various menus for a cleaner, more reliable experience.

Base Performance Improvements While Digging

Further optimized performance while digging out your base, so expanding your lair stays smooth even as it grows.

Improved Visuals for Fighting Backgrounds

Polished the visuals for backgrounds during combat for a more immersive fight phase.

Fireball VFX Improvement

Upgraded the fireball visual effect for a punchier, more satisfying look.

Building Rebalance

A round of rebalancing across several buildings to help align the demo with what you'll see at release.

Keep the feedback coming!  Bug reports, balance complaints, and screenshots of your most absurd lair layouts are all welcome.
