Demo Update Now Live – Improved Attack Tracking & New “Combat Camera Assist”

Thank you for your continued support of Stupid Never Dies!

Since the demo launched, we’ve been excited to see so many people playing and sharing their thoughts with us. The development team has been carefully reading all of your feedback.

One of the most common pieces of feedback we’ve received has been about landing attacks on enemies during combat, as well as keeping enemies in view with the camera while fighting.

Based on your feedback, the development team has made the following improvements. The update is available for the demo starting today, and the same improvements will also be included in the full game:

  • Improved attack tracking, particularly against enemies on the ground or in the air, making attacks easier to land.
  • Added a new “Combat Camera Assist” feature to help keep enemies in view during combat.
  • ※“Combat Camera Assist” can be turned ON or OFF in the Options menu.

Thank you again for all of your honest feedback. We really appreciate it!

If you’ve already played the demo, we hope you’ll take this opportunity to jump back in and give it another try!

And as always, stay tuned to see where Davy’s love and adventure take him next!

<Update – September 22, 2:00 PM JST>

If you have already completed the demo, you will not be able to dive into the dungeon again using your post-completion saved data.

To try out the changes in this update, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please initialize your saved data by following the steps below:

  1. Title Screen “Settings”
  2. “Gameplay”
  3. “Initialize Saved Data”

※Please note that initializing your saved data will delete all of your existing play data.
