Kungfu Card - Patch Notes - Aug 13

Kung Fu Masters, challenge accepted!

Thank you to everyone for playing and sharing your feedback. We're continuing to closely monitor player feedback and greatly appreciate all the valuable suggestions you share with us.

This update contains the following:

1. AI Difficulty Adjustments

We've adjusted the difficulty and behavior of some AI opponents.

AI opponents should now behave more appropriately across different stages and difficulty levels, making for a better overall match experience.

2. Campaign Mode Adjustments

We've made improvements to the opponents and content available in Campaign Mode.

Cards awarded for each martial school will now be more likely to feature moves from that school.

We've also improved how the game recognizes your martial school and move choices, making it easier to get builds that better suit your playstyle.

3. Bug Fixes

We've fixed several known issues, including those reported by players, to further improve the overall game experience.

Once again, thank you all for your feedback and support!

Monetization:

All gameplay content in Kungfu Card is included with your one-time purchase. All cards, moves, and other gameplay content from the game's seven martial schools are available without any additional payment and can be unlocked just by playing the game. The shop only offers cosmetics such as quick chat messages, character skins, foil cards, and alternate card art, none of which affects gameplay. You can also earn the resources needed to obtain these items just by playing.

In short: No paid martial schools. No paid cards. No pay-to-win. All paid content is cosmetic only.

Going forward, we'll also be adding three new martial schools for free, all of which can likewise be unlocked just by playing.

You can check out our roadmap for the full update schedule!

See you in the arena!
