【Taste of the Wind】Bug Fixes & Minor Improvements 2026-10-7

Bug fixes:

• Fixed leftover gold patterns in some newspapers
• Fixed some portraits not matching the speaker (e.g. a character named Xiaofang showing a male portrait)
• Fixed some knowledge notes appearing too early, and knowledge slips not matching their detailed knowledge content
• Fixed the West Hill Park scene where Luzhi is absent not triggering after Luzhi leaves
• Fixed a bug where you could still invest in a restaurant after it closed
• Fixed a bug where the supply Liu brings still counted during the storyline where Liu leaves

Minor improvements:

• Feedback: newspaper ads could only be placed once a year, giving just 20 Fame over 5 years. You can now ask Xiaoqing to place a newspaper ad once every six months
• Feedback: some random events were too hard to trigger. Raised the priority of the events for gaining 51% control through investment and for monopoly, and raised the check priority of several prerequisite scenes for the Not Confident Enough bad ending, which triggers when Feng's Confidence is below -20
• Added more short comments from Yun to the small dialogue on the left of the post-business summary panel, covering monthly income from 10,000 to 1,000,000 Yuan, specialty/seasonal restaurants, and more (these require meeting the conditions and are also random, so you may not always see them)

Localization:

• Improved display issues where some localized text overflowed its background box and was hard to read
• Fixed the misplaced delete button in the English recipe menu
• Improved display issues where some detailed numbers weren't aligned with their descriptions, text was cut off too much, or background boxes were too small
