Welcome back, Chefs! 👨🍳
Running a diner means there is always something that needs to be done. Tables need attention, food needs preparing, customers need serving and supplies need handling. When everything starts happening at once, trying to keep up with every single task yourself can get tiring pretty quickly.

As your Road Diner grows, you can hire employees to take some of that work off your hands. Instead of constantly running from one task to another, you can delegate parts of the daily workload and focus on keeping the whole place running. And honestly, sometimes it's just nice to know that someone else has got it covered.

It's a simple idea, but one we've been using throughout our roadside games. In Gas Station Simulator, someone else can take over the cash register. In Roadhouse Simulator, you can let an employee handle the customers who have had a little too much to drink. And in Road Diner, you can finally get someone else to do the work you don't feel like doing.
Because that's one of the best things about having employees: you give them a job, they do it, and for a brief moment, you get to pretend you're the manager. 🍔
