Road Diner Simulator Demo Moves to December 10 – Playtest During Cooking Fest

We have an important update about the Road Diner Simulator demo.

The demo is now coming on December 10, 2026.

We know many of you were looking forward to getting behind the grill sooner, and we're sorry to make you wait a bit longer. But we decided to accommodate more time for feedback from the playtest and have a second playtest with more players to gather some much needed data, especially when it comes to the 4-player online co-op.

What's next? Another round of playtests during Steam Cooking Fest! 🍳

We didn't want to leave you empty-handed, so during Cooking Fest we're opening another round of playtests. It's your chance to play the latest build, test the kitchen chaos, and tell us what works and what doesn't. Your feedback from earlier sessions has already shaped the game a lot, and we want to keep going.

How to join: Go to the Road Diner Simulator store page and click "Request Access" in the playtest section. Spots are limited, so we'll pick a group of players from all sign-ups, and selected players will get a notification that they've been accepted into the playtest before the event starts.
