🍕 Update 1.0.7 is live!

Lots of new content is waiting for you in your Italian café. Check out the full list of new features and fixes below:

✨ New Features

  • Purchasable recipes. New dishes are now unlocked by buying them from the Recipe Book.
  • 7 new recipes have been added to the game.
  • New guest orders featuring the new dishes.
  • Winery cellar door. You can now move between the café and the cellar through a door, including in multiplayer.
  • Skills window. All acquired skills are now collected in a single window.
  • Table customization. You can now customize your tables.
  • Auto-cycle setting for workstations.
  • You can now park up to 3 purchased Vespas.
  • XP is now awarded for each dish in a combo order rather than for the order as a whole.
  • New quest objectives, and the journal is now highlighted in the office when a quest leads there.
  • New phone pickup animation when you click the phone.
  • New animation when an inventory slot is unlocked.

⚖️ Balance

  • Tables now get dirty more slowly.
  • Basket capacity has been restored to 200 items.

🍳 Cooking

  • Fixed the Tiramisu and Carbonara recipes, as well as the Arugula Salad assembly.
  • Lasagna sheets no longer clip through the workstation.
  • The cream sauce bowl no longer looks oversized when plating and assembling pasta.
  • Mascarpone no longer shows through the jar when making cream.
  • Auto-slicing now also works on the second slot containing the same product.
  • The "Perfetto" slicing station now only cuts the product in the active inventory slot.
  • Uncleaned fish now stacks properly.
  • Grated Pecorino and grated Parmesan now have different icons.
  • The fish cleaning station ghost no longer shows fish on the cutting board.
  • Picking up coffee once again takes the player out of the minigame.

📖 Recipe Book

  • Bookmarks no longer disappear after leveling up.
  • The recipe purchase window now closes when the host returns to the main menu.
  • The page switcher is now hidden in the recipe selection menu, where it isn't needed.

👥 Multiplayer

  • Clients can once again serve dishes after reconnecting.
  • Clients can now open doors in the second building.
  • Fixed connection errors when a client joins a lobby.
  • The host's voice chat volume mixer works again.
  • The client's skin no longer gets stuck on the Vespa.
  • Skills from a multiplayer lobby no longer carry over into the client's single-player save.
  • Acquired skills are now kept after a game update.
  • Fixed an error when loading certain player saves.

🚶 Movement & Teleportation

  • No more sliding around in the vineyards.
  • The player no longer gets stuck on the way to the furniture store.

🖥️ UI & Tutorial

  • Updated the text and layout of the tutorial window. The cat tutorial and the journal tutorial are now tied to specific mechanics.
  • The tutorial no longer reopens after you close the journal.
  • The "Thanks for Playing" window no longer pops up over the loading screen. For clients, it now appears at the right time instead of after entering a minigame. Closing it with the mouse no longer makes it alternate with the journal.
  • The character no longer turns while the journal is open.
  • Settings sliders no longer move unless you hold down the left mouse button.
  • Signboard fixes: elements from other sections are no longer displayed; text purchases are now counted correctly after deleting text in the same slot; the "Buy" button is now disabled when no text is selected.

🔧 Other Fixes

  • Vinyl records now play in order.
  • Added a purchase sound for ice cream at the roadside stand.
  • The "Throw in the trash?" prompt no longer appears when you click the ghost of a new trash can.
  • The "No inventory space" message no longer appears when you have free slots.
  • Items no longer disappear from tables.
  • The effect on items placed on a table now appears instantly.
  • Tables in the additional area no longer float in the air.
