🍝 Coming soon: Pasta all’Amatriciana

Amatrice, a small Italian town, gave its name to one of the most delicious pastas in the world: pasta all'Amatriciana. We couldn't resist adding this masterpiece to the in-game recipes in our next update!

How it's made:

1. Make spaghetti. Knead the dough and roll it into long strands. Yes, all of them.

2. Fry the guanciale. That's spiced pork cheek, the fancy Italian cousin of bacon. Fry it until it's crispy and your neighbors start knocking on your door.

3. Add tomato sauce. Let it simmer with the guanciale into a rich gravy. Try not to "taste-test" half of it.

4. Mix and top. Toss the spaghetti in the sauce and add lots of pecorino cheese. There's no such thing as too much cheese.

5. The hardest step: actually serve it to your guests instead of eating it straight from the pan 😋
